These terms exist to protect both you and me, and to ensure the respectful, consensual nature of every interaction.

1. Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website, you agree to the following:

• You are 18 years of age or older (or of legal age in your jurisdiction).

• All services are for professional companionship and wellness only and must be arranged between consenting adults. No unlawful activity is implied or offered.

• All bookings are subject to availability, vetting, and written confirmation.

• The Male Connection reserves the right to decline service to anyone at it's sole discretion, without obligation to explain or respond, and without any repercussions to the brand, this website, or the practitioner's physical/emotional/psychological well-being.

• You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any website content (including images, text, branding) without explicit written permission and an official certificate with a unique document ID.

• You acknowledge and agree that by submitting a booking or form, you are entering into a private arrangement with full consent and understanding.

• You expressly and irrevocably waive all rights to hold The Male Connection or any affiliates liable for any damages, real or perceived, physical or emotional, resulting from your use of this website or the services offered.

• All users of this site waive any right to sue or bring legal action of any kind against The Male Connection, it's practitioner and/or it's affiliates.
  

2. Privacy Policy

The Male Connection is committed to protecting your privacy and data and takes your privacy very seriously.

Personal Data Collected:

• Device info: browser, IP address, time zone, cookies

• On-site behavior: pages visited, referral sources, time on site

• Information you submit voluntarily: name, email, booking details, preferences, etc.
  

Why The Male Connection Collects Your Data:

• To operate the site effectively and securely

• To monitor for abuse or suspicious behavior

• To respond to bookings or contact forms

• To analyze site traffic and improve user experience
  

You may access the site without submitting personal information. However, certain features (like bookings) require user-submitted data. As such, please be mindful of what information you share on the website or through our third party service providers. It is recommended that visitors get an email that is encrypted and secure for email communications and a phone number that also holds the same privacy and encryption standards.

All data is stored securely via Hostinger's Hosting Platform and shared only with essential service providers (e.g., Hostinger, Google, Calendly) under GDPR and/or PIPEDA-compliant terms. Please note however, that any information submitted in forms or through the booking process does get transmitted via email to the main The Male Connection inbox. This inbox is on the main laptop and the main cellphone of The Male Connection's practitioner. Please understsand the strengths and limitations of digital devices and be mindful of the information you are choosing to share electronically. For these reasons it is also recommended that users never use their surname and are welcome to adopt an alias by name or number and communicate that alias ID to THe Male Connection by whatever means they feel most secure doing so. The Male Connection accepts no liability or responsibility for any breach, hacking, or unlawful use of third-party platforms.

3. Booking & Refund Policy

• Bookings must be submitted via the designated booking form or secure messaging. Confirmation is instant unless the appointment is same-day. The Male Connection reserves the right to refuse or cancel any sessions as it see's fit.

• Last-minute and same-day bookings are not guaranteed and you are asked to call the main phone number listed on the website to confirm your booking after completing the online reservation process.

• Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice otherwise, subsequent bookings may be subject to a deposit of up to 100% to be considered "confirmed".

• The Male Connection reserves the right to withhold or refuse services at any time if the scenario feel unsafe, disrespectful, or for any other legitimate reason without question.

• Refunds or exchanges are not offered under any circumstances.

• Complimentary or discounted services must still follow the full consent and liability waiver process.
  

4. Consent Forms & Waivers

Certain services require the completion of additional forms, including:

• In-Call Session Consent, Liability Waiver, and NDA

• Outcall Session Consent, Waiver & NDA

• Complimentary Call Consent Form

• Preferences Form (to customize your experience)
  

These forms are for private use and are never indexed publicly. By submitting any form, you consent to all terms contained therein. These documents further clarify that The Male Connection holds no legal responsibility or liability for client decisions or outcomes before, during, or after any session(s). Though you may be asked to complete some or all of the forms before every session, it is explicitly understood that upon signing the first Consent, Liability and NDA form that your consent extends throughout any and all future engagements, interactions and appointments with The Male Connection unless you request for it to be terminated in writing with 30 days notice.

5. Cookies & Third Parties

This website ("Site") operated by The Male Connection uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze traffic, and offer personalized content and services. By continuing to use the Site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this Cookies Disclaimer.

7. Unauthorized Backlinking Policy

Effective July 9, 2025, with the exception of well known and legitimate search engines, no individual, entity, or third-party organization may create or publish backlinks, hyperlinks, or any other form of referral link ("Backlinks") to this website without prior written consent from The Male Connection.

Any unauthorized Backlinks discovered will constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions. The Male Connection reserves the right to pursue aggressive legal action to seek damages and an injunction to remove any such backlinks.
